Selfies, they're everywhere but as the old saying goes, there's a time and place for everything and judging by this snap, caught on the cobbled streets of Dublin yesterday, right behind 12 beautiful Miss Bikini Ireland hopefuls is ideal. Two crafty passers-by decided to seize the opportunity to capture a selfie that will leave any selfie captured before miles behind when they spotted the ladies on Dame Street for a competition photo call. The girls, decked out in their swimwear finery, posed for a photographer as the the pair we caught out lovely in the background trying to get a sneaky image. UPDATE am : Less than 24 hours after we posted the picture of the guys trying to get sneaky selfie at the Miss Bikini Ireland photo shoot, we have seen now seen it. After posting the story on Facebook, a guy called Jim Ippoliti got in touch with the photo he and his friend Juan Manuelo took. Here it is in all it's glory Hat-tip to photosbyricardo. T his morning's photocall -- one of around six or seven that Assets Model Agency has set up for the morning -- is an informal event, and the girls Ruth Griffin and Sara Kavanagh are there too are on first-name terms with the assembled photographers, regaling them with personal tidbits not too personal, mind and cheery small talk while they set up. The girls are prime examples of a media phenomenon unique to Ireland: the photo-call model. The photocall model is pretty, but not too pretty. She is slim, but not too slim, and not too tall either.
