I remember being a little paranoid and wondering if people were looking at me. It was not so straight whether or not I had a realistic fear; I think it was the setting being the area that we live.

It was more that I had never been in a situation where I had to deal with stigma before. Now when friends found out about it, I got a lot of weird questions, like "how would you have sex?

And then my sexuality got called into question, like "are you really bi? Or gay? I think it would have made it a lot harder dealing with the stigma that I mentioned before, and I probably would have seen more of it. It would have just been harder.
